We offer breakfast pastries made with the best butter, baked with an authentic know-how, with real crispness, rich aroma and unforgettable flavour.

Among others, those are our main products: pure butter croissants developed by two of France's greatest chefs, pains au chocolat (chocolate croissant), pains aux raisins (raisin bun), chaussons aux pommes (apple turnover), doughnuts and danishes.
We offer different sizes that fill the needs of bakeries, cafés and hotels.

  Pain (Bread)

Our breads are "Grands Pains de France", symbol of the finest quality traditional French breads, the right alliance of the most modern technology with age-old methods of bread making.

All our pre-baked breads are stone baked. The baguette we offer won the prize of the "best baguette of France" because of its taste, texture and visual aspect. We also provide special breads such as Pain de campagne (country bread) Flute aux olives (olive bread) etc...

  Pastries

We offer you a selection of the best pastries which we personally believe to be of the very best quality.

Pastries are mostly ready to bake, as for example the Apple tart or the Chocolate cake. The Lemon tart and the Eclairs just need to be defrosted and can then be direclty served.

  Traiteur

We offer several types of salty pastries such as salmon/spinach quiche, tuna/tomato quiche, and AOC goat cheese or AOC Roquefort puff pastries.

They are all ready to bake and are perfect for lunch breaks.


  Ham

We provide the last real Jambon de Paris, still made in Paris according to a XIIIth Century recipe.

This ham is so rare that it can be found in Michelin 3 star restaurants, Paris' best retailers like Fauchon, or the best hotels in the French capital.



  Macarons

Franck Deville's macarons are probably the best one can find on the market, with 25 sweet flavours, and 13 unique and surprising sweet/salty flavours.

The production is traditional and uses only fresh products; all macarons are hand made, which give them a very round and regular shape. Indeed, the Macaron is seen as a very delicate product, a real synonym for sophistication.
