The Galeries Layfayette, located on Friedrich-strasse, on March 18-19 2011, will offer for the occasion of "Jour du Macaron", all Macarons in current flavors by Frédéric Cassel & Franck Deville at a special price of 1,40 Euro each. A donation of 0,40 Euro will be given to "Arche," a Christian Children and Youth Association in Berlin, for each Macaron sold.

As in the fashion world, pastry chef Frédéric Cassel biannually presents a new collection of Macarons and surprises his customers with new flavors every month.
